4 moves to get race ready

Nail appointment booked. Waxing under control. Dress found. Shoes nailed!

These days people struggle to identify what’s more important about the races – the horse races, or the fashion.. Let’s be real, it’s all about the fashion.

But it’s the foundation of the dress that makes all the difference. The best way to look good on race day is to use it as a target and get yourself that little more in shape. Not only will your arms be looking that little more toned, but your achievements and the confidence you gain will lift your mood and make the biggest statement!

Here’s 4 short exercises to do daily that will have you feeling like a winner on race day. For each exercise try 15 reps x 4 sets:

  1. Bicep curls (See move), to lift those drinks with ease and tone on race day.
  2. Calf raises (See move), you’ve got the heels, now all you need is those toned calfs to make those legs dazzle.
  3. Tricep dips (See move), nothing says hello better then chicken arms when we wave; tighten up those triceps.
  4. Bent over lateral raises (See move), to rock that backless dress.
