Choc Mint Bliss Balls [recipe]

  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Dates or Rice Malt Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Peppermint Essence (or a few drops of essential oils)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut (to coat)


  1. Blend almonds and processor
  2. Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Roll into balls.
  4. Roll through shredded coconut to coat.
  5. Place in fridge to set. They are also delicious from the freezer.
