The allure of sweets can be our biggest downfall. We’re often craving something laiden with sugar (you know, those white granules proven to be as addictive as heroin?)
Recently some of our members took part in The Good Food Workshop where we learnt a few new tricks in the kitchen including super simple (and healthy) treats we can all try.
A big thank you to our special guests Michelle and Anthea for cooking up those mouthwatering dishes!
